HM Queen Noor distributes certificates to graduates of the training course organized by the textile weaving center located at the NHF’s handicrafts village in Iraq Al-Amir.

JDTC is also involved in developing trademark, design and copyright laws for the protection of the country’s handicrafts artisans.

IRAQ AL-AMIR : The NHF has renovated 10 farmhouses at Iraq Al-Amir, which it has transformed into an handicrafts village that will preserve the cultural heritage of the region and will be linked to the nearby Hellenistic Palace thus enhancing its touristic appeal and increasing the benefits to the community.
